PAYMENT

Different types of legal work involve different payment arrangements. These may include a retainer fee to secure our representation and out-of-pocket costs (e.g., court filings fees, depositions, gathering evidence, and investigative work), contingent fees paid to the firm only when an award or settlement is granted to our client. Payment can also take the form of a flat fee paid for preparation of a document. When hourly rates are applicable, our service is goal- and value-driven, not time-determined. We know our clients like surprises as little as we do.
